How long does it take to learn how to ride a Onewheel?
Most riders get the hang of it within 15 to 30 minutes. The board features active balancing technology that helps keep you stable, making the learning curve much shorter than traditional board sports.
What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?
We offer standard and expedited shipping via FedEx for all orders within the continental United States. Most boards ship within 2-5 business days, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your board leaves our factory in California.
Do you offer financing options for board purchases?
Yes, we partner with Klarna and Affirm to provide flexible monthly payment plans. You can select your preferred financing provider at checkout to see if you qualify for 0% APR options.
What is the warranty coverage on a new Onewheel?
Every new Onewheel is covered by a limited warranty. The footpads, tire, and battery pack are covered for 6 months or 1,000km, while the main components like the motor and controller are covered for 1 year.
Can I take my Onewheel on a commercial flight?
The Onewheel Pint is often eligible for air travel as its battery is under 150Wh, but the Onewheel GT and XR exceed FAA limits for passenger aircraft. Always check with your specific airline's policy before heading to the airport.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unridden, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of the product, once a board has been unboxed and ridden, it is no longer eligible for a return but remains covered under our manufacturer warranty.
