At Onewheel // Future Motion, we want to ensure you are stoked on your ride. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused board or accessories within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place your unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and chargers are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; once received and inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed.
